I am by no means a person you should trust with cooking, but this recipe is my own, favorite thing that I meticulously crafted by trial and error.
To achieve the best result, you'll need to follow it precisely, minute-by-minute. As a tech guy, I can't really do otherwise.
1. In advance, prepare ~8 medium potatoes and dice them into small, bite-sized pieces.
2. Put your chicken into water 1:2. Put it on the stove to boil.
3. At the same time, prepare your main pot. Fill it with water and put it on the stove on large fire.
4. When the water with chicken starts boiling, let it boil for 10 more minutes.
5. Pour out the water and preferably wash the chicken.
6. Clean and then cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Put it into your main pot.
7. Wait for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare one medium carrot and one small onion (make an "OK" sign with your hand - the "O" will be the perfect size for the onion). Cut or grate the carrot. Cut the onion into four pieces and separate the layers.
8. Put the carrot and the onion into your main pot.
9. REDUCE THE FIRE TO LOW!
10. Wait for 10 minutes.
11. Add the potatoes.
12. Let it cook for 45 minutes. Stir periodically.
13. Add like one tablespoon of small noodles. You can buy them at store or just crush pasta into like 1cm pieces.
14. Add one bay leaf.
15. Add like 7-8 pieces of black pepper.
16. Wait for 5 minutes.
17. Take out the bay leaf.
18. Put in a handful of greens.
19. Add like two small teaspoons of salt (depends on your pot size).
20. You may add one tablespoon of sunflower oil if you like your soup a little fatter. I usually don't.
21. Wait for 1 minute and turn it off.
That is all. Enjoy your meal.
